Payment
a) Cash Buyer has the option of paying via a money order, or cashiers check. Personal and business checks will be accepted.

Shipping
We will send out the laser immediately once your payment is in our bank account. All items will be shipped via DHL or FedEx as your will, you can track your order on their website. Generally takes 2-3 days. Viasho Lasers will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items in the mail.
Output power
a) Measurement
All units have been tested with a digital power meter, and double-checked with a Coherent laser check. Buyer understands that individual measurements may vary. Viasho Lasers is neither responsible, nor liable, for any inaccuracies in measurements taken.
b) Fluctuation
All lasers have a certain amount output power fluctuation as the temperature of the unit changes. The appropriate warm-up period for each model is listed under the specifications of that product's page.
c) Higher output power
All of the lasers you order of Higher output power from us will be 5-10mw higher than you ordered
Warranty
a) All of our products have one year's warranty, any failure during the warranty period will be repaired without any charge, if there is a failure with the laser within one month, and we will change a new one for you.
b) Once the laser is out of its warranty period, we will only charge you at the cost for the repairmen.
c) Warranties do not cover any defects, damage, and deterioration due to abuse, misuse, alteration, or negligence. Tampering with any of the labels, including the Serial Number, will also void all warranties. Against defects of workmanship and materials.

Here at Viasho lasers we are committed to protecting your personal privacy. No customer's personal information will be distributed to any third party. All buyer information such as name, address, product(s) purchased, etc., is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties. The privacy of all individuals is respected.
